Every appointment is reserved exclusively for you and thoughtfully prepared in advance. Because every treatment is personalized, I carefully review each appointment request to ensure you've selected the service best suited to your skin's unique needs and goals. If I believe another treatment or enhancement would provide a better overall experience or more optimal results, I'll personally reach out to discuss my professional recommendations before confirming your appointment.
My goal is to provide every client with exceptional care, personalized attention, and an unrushed luxury experience. To ensure the highest level of service for every guest, I kindly ask that you review the following policies.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If an appointment has not been confirmed, canceled, or rescheduled within this timeframe, it will be canceled, the reserved appointment time will be released to another client, and the full service amount will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
To respect every client's reserved appointment time, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled. If your appointment cannot be accommodated due to a late arrival, the full service amount will apply.
Required Forms
Please complete all required intake forms and treatment waivers before arriving for your appointment. Completing forms upon arrival will be considered part of your scheduled appointment time and may reduce the length of your treatment.
